Common Questions

How much does it cost?

Four tiers: Foundations ($199/mo), Essentials (14–22%), Growth (18–26%), Performance (22–30%). All revenue-based fees charged only on actual earnings. No setup fees.

Do you have setup fees?

No. We only make money when your property earns money. No hidden fees, no surprise charges.

Can I change tiers?

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade anytime. Changes take effect the following month.

What about contracts?

Every agreement is built around your property — not a template. Term length is set by your service level and auto-renews at the same interval. We waive setup fees in exchange for the term commitment. Clear exit terms are written into every agreement, so you always know how to leave if we aren't delivering.

Do you mark up vendor costs?

We handle much of the work in-house at lower rates than outside vendors — keeping costs down for you and your guests. When outside vendors are used, a modest convenience markup covers coordination and dispatch. Supplies are a flat monthly rate customized to your property. All disclosed in your agreement and visible on every owner statement.
