The township is in Ottawa County adjacent to Holland. The Park Township case (Park Township Neighbors v. Park Township, Ottawa Co. 20th Circuit) has been through multiple rounds: preliminary injunction vacated Dec 2023, ZBA ruling affirmed Nov 2025, now in federal court.
